How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak season or new collection drops, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that custom jersey orders and 'Final Sale' clearance items are not eligible for return.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to baseball fans worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import duties.

How should I care for my Baseball Lifestyle apparel?

To keep your gear looking fresh, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and tumbling dry on low heat. For items with large screen prints or embroidery, washing the garment inside out helps preserve the design.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay Installments for interest-free payments on larger orders.

An item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

While we frequently restock our core 'Signature' collection, many of our limited-edition drops are one-time releases. We recommend signing up for our email newsletter or SMS alerts to be notified immediately when popular items return to the shop.
